Join us for Women's Health Day, a comprehensive 1 day event designed to empower women with the knowledge and tools they need to optimize their health and well-being.
Over the day, you will explore various aspects of women's health - at all ages & stages, the impact of diet, lifestyle habits and environment on overall well-being. We will delve into a number of relevant topics, including hormone balance, gut health, healthy weight loss, and how to mitigate the negative effects of environmental toxins on our wellbeing.
You can attend this retreat during the day only ( 9am until 4:30pm) or

Arrive from 8:00am.
8:30 - 9am . Welcome & Opening Circle
9:00 - 10am Yoga & Meditation
10:00 - 10:30am Morning Tea
10:30 - 12pm Wellness Workshop: Hormone Balance & Environmental Toxins
12 - 1:45 Lunch, Mingle & Relax. Delicious Organic Whole-food lunch included.
2- 3:30 pm Wellness Workshop: Gut Health & Healthy Weight
3:45 - 4:30pm. Closing Circle
